Biscuit has left the building

27 Apr

Well, I’ve lost my buddy, my pal and my friend.

What a fashion maven. Here we are, headed out on patrol with Badges.

Chico will never be the same.

So very sorry for your loss Juanita. Losing a faithful companion is difficult whether they walked on two legs or four. The best ones often walked on four.

So sorry Juanita. We become attached to our pets and it is always painful to lose a part of the family.

Thanks Scott, it’s nice to get some comforting words. it’s good to know there’s decent people out there.

Lost my first and only dog in 2009, and it still hurts to this day…I agree that they teach you well, such as paying attention to everything…I had lost my beloved fiancee in 2001, and was on the edge of a cliff for quite awhile….I didn’t rescue that dog, he rescued ME. I was blessed and honored to experience unconditional love from them both.
So very sorry for your loss.

thank you Dawn, and yes, she was my rescue dog. Every time I hear My Buddy from Willy Nelson I can’t help but cry. But we’ve still got my buddy Badges, a “mini” cow dog, he is so f’ing smart. Yesterday I found out he likes to play basketball, and he’s pretty good!
